Classical Ballet Classes are available to both male and female dancers from age 3 upwards.
Julie Gunn who is Inverclyde's only resident Royal Academy of Dance teacher offers classes from Elite Academy's private studio which is located in Watt Street, Greenock.
Alba Ballet and Elite Academy of Dance only specialise in Classical Ballet, we do not offer this as an add on like many other Dance Schools
Since 2009 students have taken part in Royal Academy of Dance exams, with pass rates well above the UK average.
This has allowed students to go on and successfully audition for places at the Dance School of Scotland, Scottish Ballet Associate Programme and Ballet West.
For others they have enjoyed being part of one of the most successful Ballet Schools in the West of Scotland.
The first class training has also allowed student's to perform with Scottish Ballet, at the Tall Ships in 2011, Glasgow 2014 and of course at our summer performances.
